Keeping the light spice from the local Rye, and adding Citra, Galena, and Cascade Hops make this Double IPA super sticky, and hoppy as hell.

This seven malt red ale is filled with complexity; expect hints of nuts, burnt sugar, raisin and a slight touch of smoke.

Belgian Dark Strong Ale

The 2nd in our Belgian Series utilizing Trappist yeast. Layering notes of banana, plum, chocolate, toast, burnt sugar and hazenut,with a soft yet lingering warmth from it's elevated alcohol percentage. This dark ale is a perfect replacement for an evening snuggled up with a blanket in front of the fireplace. Grab a snifter and let Burley bring you Brussels.

An IPA showcasing New Zealand Hops, presenting lemon lime followed by a tropical fruity finish. Named by the people, for the people.

Chocolate Rye Milk Stout

This Milk Stout is made with a new chocolate rye malt, this with regular rye malt balances the lactose giving it a rosted dark choclate and creamy texture. The complex
mix of ingredients masks the 10% alcohol.

Nitro Stout

Our chocolate rye milk stout is hopped up on nitro rather than CO2. We use Nitrogen to create smaller bubbles giving a softer mouth feel.

Bunker-C - Year Round

Robust Porter

A Robust Porter, pitch black in color with notes of baking chocolate, fresh coffee, and a distinct umami character that sets it apart from your everyday porter.
Named after the term for crude oil, Bunker-C shares its richness and desirability, but is much more affordable than its namesake.

The Dirty Blonde - Year Round

Belgian Blonde

This Belgian Blonde utilizes Belgian Yeast from a Trappist Monastery. It boasts sweet malt overtones, a brilliant color of pale straw yellow and a thick, rocky white head. We used less bittering hops for a delicate finish. Aroma comes from the Belgian yeast featuring notes of banana fruitiness. The Dirty Blonde is the first of three in our Belgian Pin Up Series featuring monastic yeast. Look for our Belgian Dark, “The Brunette” and Rude Boy with Belgian Yeast, “The Ginger’s Ale” next.

We created this hopless wonder for Beer Advocate’s Extreme Beer Festival. We started with Procrastination Pale Wheat, but used coriander and orange peel to impart bitterness instead of hops. Smooth, refreshing and extremely sessionable, perfect for a day at the beach.

Belgian Red Ale

Rude Boy utilizing Trappist yeast, third in our Belgian Series. We brewed it to showcase the impact yeast has on our beer. Rude Girl has malt complexity of Rude Boy and produces clove and banana fruitiness due to the yeast.

Procrastination Pale Wheat

Hoppy American Wheat

We created this Pale Wheat Ale to compete in the Great American Beer Festival, we were a bit late and missed out because the competion attracted more entries than ever before.  We combined two traditional styles to give this beer citrus notes up front, a full body and a clean, dry finish.  Even though PPW never had a chance to compete, we still think it is a winner.

Looking for a run of the mill pumpkin beer? You are in the wrong part of town, city boy. Brewed with hubbard squash, pie spices and vanilla, with notes of pie crust and toasted pumpkin seeds. This beer is definitely not your average gourd.

A Saison utilizing Belgian yeast and Spelt, an ancient grain used in old school Saisons. Helter Spelter presents notes of spice and graham cracker with a juicy finish.

Amber Saison 

A full bodied Saison utilizing darker malts that give it a nice amber hue. as well as a nutty, biscuity flavor. Fermented at higher than usual temperatures to maximize complexity and to create a nice dry finish. Named for Cody, who volunteered full time at the brewery for 6 months before becoming full time.

India Pale Ale

An American style IPA brewed with a blend of Cascade and Nugget hops to create a well rounded, hoppy beer. Named after Berlin's supercool Mayor, Gee Williams.

A nitrogenized Milk Stout laced with lactose to create a silky, creamy texture.
